You decide how long of an auction period you want. You have a choice of 3, 5, 7 or 10 days. If your product does not sell, you can always list it again. You pay no fees until your item is sold.
No. There is no subscription fee to use Music Etrade and there are never any fees charged to the Buyer.
Music Etrade charges 2% of the total sale amount (including the shipping cost) once your item has sold. Please note that the 2% of the final sale amount that is charged by Music Etrade is separate from the PayPal charge of $0.30 plus 2.9%.
Absolutely! Whether you’re a retail store or just someone that would like to sell music related items, our site gives everyone the opportunity to open their own store with no limit to the amount of products you would like to list.
Not at present, but we are currently working on a fully featured advertising platform that will allow businesses to promote their services on our site.
Sellers on our site are advised to include a tracking number when they ship an item. Although we recommend using a tracking number to our sellers it isn’t mandatory. Therefore, if the item does not arrive, contact the Seller and ask them to follow up the postal or courier service to trace the item. If the item is lost and cannot be found, the seller will have an opportunity to replace the item with a new one and if this is not possible the buyer will receive a full refund.
Refunds and returns are entirely up to the seller and decided on during the listing process. You will also be able to view the sellers return policy on the item product page.
Yes you can. Simply go to your dashboard and click on the edit button of the item you would like to revise.
